The apartments, surrounded by lush greenery, are tastefully furnished and offer two different layouts: ground floor units with a patio or second-floor units with a terrace. Mandatory fees to be paid on site at check-in:
-Final cleaning requires the client to clean the kitchenette and dispose of rubbish, or there will be an extra charge.
-The stay tax is mandatory for the municipality of Budoni and must be paid in cash, with the amount varying depending on the period.
-The deposit is refundable at the end of the stay after checking the state of the apartment. For departures outside reception hours, the deposit can be returned by bank transfer, with the customer covering any charges.
To know:
Check-in is from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm, and check-out is by 10:00 am. Arrivals after 8:00 pm must be communicated in advance to receive the key box code; otherwise, reception is not guaranteed and an extra charge may apply. The complex carries out separate waste collection in special containers. The apartments are located in a residential complex, and the photos are for illustrative purposes.
